Work Photo Ready support

Document the job. Send a clear photo report.

For help, email contact@pixelworkssoftware.com. Include your app version, device model, operating-system version and the steps that led to the issue. Do not include customer names, precise locations or private photos unless needed and you have permission.

Start a job

Create a project with just a name, then take or import photos. Quick Capture lets you take a photo first and assign its project later. Add notes and explicitly pair Before and After photos. The sample project is fictional and is separate from real work.

Camera or location access

If camera access was denied, open the system Settings for Work Photo and allow Camera. Importing selected photos through the system picker or Files remains available. GPS is optional: you can capture and create reports without it. An approximate or stale fix is labeled with its accuracy. Fresh addresses may require the optional Look Up Address action and internet.

Imported photo dates

Imported photos are marked Imported. Date taken comes from available image metadata and is separate from date imported. If a time zone or location is missing, the app keeps that uncertainty rather than substituting current values.

Send a report

Choose the project photos and report order, then preview a photo log or before/after report in A4 or Letter. Export PDF, ZIP or stamped copies. A report supports up to 200 photos; choose a smaller selection for larger jobs. Review the location policy before sharing. To omit location everywhere, use location-free output; GPS-bearing originals are excluded from that package.

Protect and recover work

Original photos are kept in app storage and are not changed by edits. Recently Deleted retains removed items for 30 days unless permanently deleted. Make a manual project backup through Files before deleting the app or moving devices. A backup includes original metadata, including GPS when present, even after a location-free client export. Restoring creates a new project so existing work is not replaced.

Free job and Pro

One complete job with up to 10 photos is free, including branding, before/after, PDF and ZIP. It is used only after a confirmed save or completed sharing action; cancelling or retrying that job does not spend another allowance. Pro offers annual and one-time lifetime access to the same features. Prices and trial eligibility are shown by the App Store or Google Play in the app. Expired Pro does not prevent access to originals or project backups.

Restore or manage a purchase

Open the Pro offer and choose Restore Purchases using the same Apple or Google Play account used to buy Pro. A pending purchase may require approval before Pro becomes active. If product information cannot load, check the store connection and retry. Manage or cancel an annual subscription in Apple's subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions; cancelling stops future renewal rather than deleting project files.

Low storage or interrupted export

Free storage in system Settings, preserve a project backup and retry. Cancelling an export does not delete committed originals. Cache cleaning removes generated files that can be recreated, not the work originals. A failed or corrupt backup import leaves existing projects unchanged.

Offline and privacy

Photo processing and report creation run on the device. No account, ads or team cloud. Optional device address lookup, store purchases, explicit sharing and operating-system services may use the network. Work records are not independent certification of time or location.
